Outstanding A Level Results

We are delighted with the A level results achieved by the students at Finchley Catholic High School this year which demonstrate a sharp rise on the previous three years and the best progress score on record.

Overall, our students achieved an A*-B pass rate of 51%, and an A*-C pass rate of 82%, both significant increases on 2016.

Students and staff worked incredibly hard to achieve these results in a climate of great uncertainty, and they are testament to the commitment students have shown to their studies and the high quality support given by staff. We are exceptionally proud of all of our students, the overwhelming majority of whom have secured their choice of university place or training position.

Special congratulations go to the following students who achieved all A* and A grades:

Liam Brennan: 2 x A* and 1 x A; Jack Devall: 2 x A* and 1 x A; Deaghlan O’Dea: 2 x A* and 2 x A; Timothy Reeve: 3 x A; Andrew Wojtas: 3 x A
