PASTORAL SUPPORT MANAGER

(£22,114 - £24,351- actual salary, term time + 3 Inset Days)
We are seeking a dedicated, approachable and professional individual to join our Inclusion team. The role is to help create a purposeful, caring, learning environment for students by the application of high professional standards of pastoral care and support for their emotional and/or behavioural needs, and learning difficulties.
Duties will include building effective relationships with students, their parents and school staff to enable pupils with behavioural and/or emotional difficulties or particular vulnerabilities to make good choices about their own learning, behaviour and attendance.
