Barnet Helpline for Vulnerable Residents

A new helpline to prioritise vulnerable residents who may be struggling even more than usual during this period of COVID-19 has been launched.

You might work with a resident or client who is in need of urgent help (that is not medical-related) during this time.

Who can this helpline assist?

This helpline prioritises helping the following people who live in Barnet:

  • people defined on medical grounds as extremely vulnerable from COVID-19
  • people who do not have other means of receiving support

The helpline team will review all requests for help and then get in contact.

Help Hubs, which involve Barnet Council working with voluntary groups, are currently being set up. More on that will be shared very shortly.
