Today, we held our first activity day in a long time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The students have been absolutely fantastic in their levels of participation and enthusiasm.
Years, 7, 8, 9 and 10 all took part in House Sports competitions at Southover. What's more, Year 7 widened their cultural horizons with 'Dance through the Decades', 'Poetry in the Park' and an MFL language quiz; Year 8 got creative in bridge building, rocket making and clay mask making; Year 9 were thinking hard thanks to a Murder Mystery, a Stock Market Challenge and a female empowerment activity; and Year 10 were active either on a geography field trip or engaged in maths games and a Justice and Peace session.
Meanwhile, as well as enjoying rounders or basketball, Year 12 planned for the future using Supra Curricular MOOCs, writing personal statements, receiving Oxbridge support, creating a CV/covering letter and receiving talks on how to use the summer effectively and how to search for the right university course.

Enormous thanks to all the teachers who worked so hard to plan such brilliant activities.
