Food Technology Teacher

We are looking for a teacher who is able to motivate and enthuse young people, raising their expectations and accelerating their progress. The successful candidate will join a collegiate department which has consistently achieved good results over the years, through a high level of commitment to ensuring that our students achieve the very best.  The successful candidate will lead on the teaching of Food Technology in KS3 and KS4 and BTEC Hospitality at KS5. They will encourage pupils to express themselves in the kitchen whilst building their awareness of a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • The ability to teach across all key stages
  • A commitment to high quality teaching and learning, including the use of new technologies
  • A desire to lead in the process of curriculum development within the department
