  • NOR:1250 | 300 in 6th Form

Our school is very highly regarded, heavily oversubscribed and has a strong community ethos. We support all students to make outstanding academic progress and help them to develop into outstanding young people. We are looking for an administrator to support the Inclusion team with the tasks associated with the successful leadership of provision here at Finchley Catholic High School. The successful candidate will ensure that all students achieve their potential within an atmosphere in which they feel challenged, valued and secure.

  • have excellent administrative skills
  • are competent users of ICT, including word and excel
  • are extremely well organised with a strong level of attention to detail
  • have the ability to prioritise their workload
  • be able to work on their own initiative and as part of the team
  • have high levels of literacy and numeracy Some of the duties and responsibilities will include:
  • providing administrative support for safeguarding, transition, transfers, Annual Reviews, medical needs, access arrangements and other statutory requirements associated with SEN/Inclusion
  •  being a member of the safeguarding team, providing the team with efficient and effective administrative support
  •  managing the diary of the AHT (inclusion), organising meeting times and acting as the first point of contact with parents
  • liaising with external agencies to ensure communication between school and services is maintained
  • maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring costed provision maps for SEND students are completed and updated

Prior knowledge and experience of SEND/Inclusion is desirable but not essential.
