A Level Results Celebration

We are so proud of all of our students who received their A Level results this morning – we congratulate each and every one of them!

From those who achieved straight A*s to those who met their personal goals, the vast majority of our students have successfully secured their next steps - whether that’s university, apprenticeships, or direct entry into employment.

 

A number of students achieved all A*/A grades including:

  • Thomas C (A*A*A*A*) who will be studying Mechanical Engineering at Manchester University
  • John H (A*A*A) who will be studying History at Durham University
  • Caitlin M (A*AA) who will be studying Economics at Leeds University
  • Dennis O (A*A*A) who will be studying Mechanical Engineering at Bath University
  • Ciara O (A*AA) who will be studying History at Nottingham University
  • Alessandro P (A*A*A*) who will be studying Biochemical Engineering at UCL
  • Joseph R (A*A*A) who will be studying Economics at Nottingham University
  • Sachin S (A*A*A*) who will be studying Mechanical Engineering at Bath University
  • Claudia Y (A*AA) who will be studying English and Classical Studies at Bristol University
  • Connor G (AAA) who will be studying History at Cambridge University

 

On top of this, our students are heading to university to an exciting and diverse range of fields, including:

…as well as traditional academic disciplines such as Maths, Economics, Computer Science and History.

 

In addition, several students have secured high-quality degree apprenticeships; in areas such as Construction and the Civil Service.

This year, our school achieved 32% of grades at A*-A and 62% of grades at A*-B, making it our most successful year and a real cause for celebration.
