Vision and Values

Our vision is to inspire students to cater for themselves and their family and have a deep understanding of food systems, from farm to fork: students will do this by investigating how ingredients and cookery equipment can be used to make nutritious and delicious meals.

Students will acquire an in-depth understanding of materials, ingredients and manufacturing processes, and develop an ability to respond creatively to the needs of others whilst considering the impact on our health, society and the environment for today and future generations.
